Helen Lee, who is a Qualified Fitness Instructor, has approached us to provide an exercise group for all our members.

There will be three sessions on Wednesday mornings in the Scout Hall at the junction of Jubilee way and Sandy Lane in Caldicot.· 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. - Armchair Aerobics (remember the session with Kay Flatten that was done in a Science & Natural History meeting - you all enjoyed having a go then - come along now)

· 10.00 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. - Aerobics
· 10.45am to 11.30 a.m. - Pilates

You can participate in just the one session, or two or even all three.

Please give this your support; this is for ALL members, exercise is important to both men and women of all ages.

We have tried to cater for all fitness levels.
