Avignon famous Clock Tower Square
After disembarking we visited the old town via one of the rampart gateways, at this point our party split. Some of the fittest climbed the steps of the Popes Palace, others visited the shops, whilst others sat and soaked up the atmosphere. The view from the top of the palace was breathtaking.
